All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

During peak periods or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Rates

 

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 within Canada.

United States

4 to 10 business days

International

7 to 21 business days depending on destination and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package in real time.

 

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. RYDRATE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages
