Cancellation Policy

Flexible cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time , directly from your customer account. The cancellation will take effect after the next scheduled delivery if it is already being processed.

Deadline to cancel

To avoid being charged for the next order, cancellation must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled renewal date . After this time, the order will be processed and shipped, and the cancellation will apply to the next period.

Cancel your subscription

1. Log in to your account on our website.
2. Go to the “My Subscriptions” section.
3. Select the subscription you wish to cancel.
4. Click “Cancel Subscription” and follow the instructions.
