Use
RYD-01:
- Pre-workout : To optimize hydration and ensure adequate electrolyte balance before starting exercise.
- During training : to compensate for losses of sodium, potassium and magnesium caused by perspiration and maintain muscular and nervous performance.
- Post-workout : to quickly restore water and mineral balance, promoting optimal recovery.
RYD-03:
- Pre-workout: Take 30-60 minutes before exercise to increase glucose availability, stimulate the central nervous system with caffeine (75 mg), and improve focus and alertness.
- During training: Recommended for prolonged (>60 minutes) or high-intensity sessions requiring sustained energy, mental endurance, and increased alertness. Keeps blood sugar levels stable and reduces the perception of exertion.
- Post-workout: Can be used in settings where active recovery is required, although the presence of caffeine post-workout may not be suitable for all sensitivities or schedules (e.g. evening).
Dosage
